Dedicated to the memory of Kath
This site is a tribute to Kath, who was born in Eastbourne on November 11, 1962. She was a women who was so loved by so many people and Kath will always be remembered as a brilliant wife and best mate to me and Molly. A superb friend to many people and a loving sister. Kath was an outstanding teacher who had an amazing impact on the lives of those who were lucky to have been taught by her at St.Richards Catholic school in Bexhill on sea. Kath left us far too early, she is so dearly missed by us all.

Thoughts
I first knew Katy as Miss Hoad when I started St Richards in 1994 and during my time at school she became Mrs Malone when she married Noel. I had heard over the years of her illness and of her passing which I was very saddened to hear. What a wonderfully caring woman, hugely dedicated to the children she taught and taken far too young. My eldest daughter starts at St Richards in September and I would have loved her to have met you. I hope you now rest peacefully Mrs Malone. God bless you and your family who must miss you dearly. I was sorry to hear this sad news from a friend over the Christmas period. Sending my love and thoughts to Kathy's friends and family and to Noel. I have fond thoughts of my time at St Richard's school particularly Saturday morning basketball run by Noel and Kathy and a fantastic first school trip abroad to Spain organised by Kathy. Special memories for a special person who is clearly fondly missed my many.

I had the pleasure of sharing my first teaching post at St Richard’s with Kath...... and Noel and I started on the same day. You never forget your first post, and I’ll never forget her support & advice...... a real friend and a true colleague. On top of that we shared much humour in the PE dept and beyond, great times. Miss you, Kath - and right here when you need us, Noel ❤️ X
