Kath had amazing support from the hospice and the hospice at home team throughout the final stages of her long battle with cancer, please give what you can, to ensure that others can obtain the same support and care which provided such dignity to Kath in her final days. Kath always led her life putting others first and wanting to ensure the best for everyone. So in Kath's memory, keep her philosophy alive and help others receive hospice help and care when they most need it. Thanking you all in advance Noel x
